Web Conferencing Room Requests

To request a meeting space and provide necessary Web/Video Conferencing details, please complete the following steps:

  1. Go to Astra and log in with your Internet ID and password.
  2. Click on the "Request an Event" link.
  3. Complete the request form to schedule either HFA 7 or HFA 45 for a Web/Video Conferencing space.
  4. After submitting your room scheduling request, you will receive an email from the Astra event approver. The subject line will include a link that you will copy and paste into the address bar of your browser.
  5. Complete the Web/Video Conferencing Details Form. It provides the event facilitators with the details needed to fully support your Web/Video Conferencing event.
