Web Conferencing Room Requests

Use this form to submit requests for Web Conferencing facilities and support. Most requests will be assigned to HFA 7 or HFA 45. Web/Video Conferencing staff will make sure that the room is ready and will be on hand to facilitate the connection, if requested.

Please submit requests at least four days (96 hours) in advance.  All requests are handled on a first-come first-served basis. You will receive confirmation of your request prior to the event.

If the connection is to be made prior to the event start time, please specify the desired connect time.
Please enter the actual event starting time. We will have the room open 30 minutes in advance and up to 30 minutes after your event to allow for breakdown time.

Please add any other information here that you think will help us in facilitating this event. For example, re-arranging HFA 45 tables into a particular layout. (The default table arrangement is in workgroups of 6).
