New Morris Technology Helpdesk hours

Beginning with the start of fall classes the Morris Campus Technology Helpdesk will have new hours of operation.

Monday - Friday 7:30 a.m. - 5:30 a.m. 8 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
Sundays 4-8 p.m. 4-8 p.m.

NEW SERVICE! - After Hours Support

Starting Friday August 23 for the first time on campus Morris Information Technology will provide 24/7 over the phone technical support. Thanks to a partnership with the system-wide resource U of M Technology Help Desk Services you will be able to call the Morris Technology Helpdesk (320-589-6150) and receive support after normal business hours.

What can I expect from after hour support?

After hour technical support will be able to provide assistance with common technology issues such as:

  • University Internet accounts and passwords
  • Campus network and Internet connections
  • Email, Canvas, and other system-wide applications
  • PC and Mac problems

For more in-depth help, after hours support personnel will create and route support tickets to appropriate Morris and/or U of M technology services.
