My Personal Devices

The Helpdesk can help you with just about any device you can find. Whether that means connecting your device to WiFi, setting it up with your UMM Gmail account, troubleshooting software or hardware problems or anything else you may need. The Helpdesk (HFA 123) offers the following services for Personally Owned Devices:

  • Diagnose hardware and software issues
  • Provide consultation and/or repair on virus infection and removal
  • Helps to configure personally-owned devices to access University applications, tools, and technology resources.
